On June 30, 2015, in the City Hall of Našice was held a final conference of the project PILG-SEE which is financed by the EU under IPA CBC Program Hungary – Croatia.

The project started on March 1, 2014 and ended on June 30, 2015. The project is worth € 430,300.00 and the share of EU co-financing is 85%.

With project funds are regulated resting places of pilgrimage parks and walking paths, pilgrimage centers and office, placed the sculpture, webcams and created a project web site. Within promotinog materials are printed brochures and filmed a promotional movie.

In this way was bulit the infrastructure and there are created all conditions for the development of pilgrimage tourism, but also there is open the possibility that through a new project to continues the road to Međugorje.

The conference was attended by representatives of all project partners (Pécsvárad, Beremend and Našice) and many guests.

The conference was opened by the Mayor Krešimir Žagar. In his speech, he expressed his satisfaction with the results of the project and thanked the Hungarian partners in cooperation. He said that thanks to this project, the City opened up new possibilities for the development of tourism. In addition, he pointed out new acquaintances and hopes for a future collaboration.

Mr. Gábor Gálosi from the Hungarian project team and Dražen Ganzberger, project manager in the City of Nasice, presented the project and achieved results.

After the conference was held a meeting of members of project teams, and for the participants of the conference was organized a party.
